Our cuisine is based on Catalan cooking with a Mallorcan touch, created by Tona Llovera. Together with her son Pep Munilla, they have fused the two cuisines of their roots to create Sa Poma. A changing cuisine, depending on the season, with food prepared with delicacy and enthusiasm.
Tona and Pep offer a menu featuring the restaurant’s star dishes, such as prawn carpaccio with mushroom vinaigrette, Mallorcan-style corball, and a delicious 400g grilled duck breast with caramelised onions.
